CMC retains the rights to return / exchange at our discretion. Customer must first contact us and establish reason for requesting return / exchange.
Returns / exchanges are accepted within 14 days of ship date. Customer must cover shipping costs and return the item in the same condition it was received in. Please ship in same packaging it was sent in. Please message us tracking, purchase date, and the name associated with purchase.
Items damaged due to negligence on behalf of the customer are ineligible for refunds or credits. Please refer to care instructions provided with the item or product page.
When will I get my order?
For pre-made collection pieces expect shipping to occur within a few days of purchase. For made to order pieces expect 2-3 weeks. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Short answer - no. Long answer - all jewelry must be taken care of to ensure long term durability and luster. Be smart about avoiding pools, saltwater, chemicals, and highly abrasive activities. Refer to care instructions on the product pages.
